Let's Talk About Plunging Necklines

Plunging necklines. I love them. Many people do, but many people don't. I was having a debate about this with my sister yesterday. She asked,

"Why would people ever want to expose themselves like that? It's weird."

I disagree completely.

Plunging necklines are so chic. They can add a burst of sensuality to an otherwise boring dress. The fashion world agrees with me. On the red carpet you see plunging neckline after plunging neckline.  Pick up a star magazine once in a while and flip to the best dressed section. There is always at least one plunging neckline. Week after week celebrities are applauded for pulling off another stunning plunging neckline. Here are my favorites:










Without a gorgeous neckline, this dress would have been bland and boring. The neckline spices it up and adds that signature "Rihanna" style.








This dress is elegant, and positivity screams Taylor. The dress would be pretty with out the neckline, but the neckline makes Taylor look older and more feminine.









My last favorite is this gorgeous red dress worn by none other then J-Lo. This dress was MADE for her. She looks absolutely stunning. The neckline adds more elegance and class to an almost modern-rock dress.

In conclusion, I highly suggest adding some of these daring necklines to your wardrobe (if you're comfortable, of course)
